Good afternoon, Pocono Pool & Spa Families. We hope this email finds you safe and well. We are aware that many of you have submitted requests and left messages for our Service & Renovation Department and are awaiting scheduling confirmation or a return call/email. We sincerely apologize for the delay. Please understand that our schedule for the months of April, May and June have been booked out since last season and we are doing our best to schedule requests as expediently as possible. Additionally, weather plays an important role in what we do. With the uncooperative weather at the beginning of the season which resulted in untimely delays, our Service Department has been continuing to work through the backlog. With the volume of calls and requests received daily this time of year, we are still scheduling at least two weeks out and response times are significantly delayed. If you have submitted a request or have left a message and you have not heard from us yet, rest assured, we are not ignoring you. We are simply trying to be fair and are working through the volume of requests and messages in the order in which they are received. We kindly ask that you do not leave repeated messages or contact our Retail Stores for service scheduling, as this only slows down the processing of your requests. Additionally, the Retail staff will not be able to assist with service scheduling. We appreciate your continued patience and understanding and look forward to assisting you as soon as possible.
