Hello Pocono Pool & Spa Families! We hope you are all doing well. As we enter our busy season, we want to be sure to communicate a few things regarding service and renovation requests and scheduling.


Please understand that we receive a high volume of calls and online requests for scheduling during our peak season. We do our best to respond as quickly as possible, however, response times may be delayed. Our schedule for mid-April through mid-June and late August to late October book up at least a year in advance. Additionally, weather plays an important role in what we do and may cause delays. If you have submitted a request or have left a message and you have not heard from us yet, rest assured, we are not ignoring you. We are simply working through the volume of requests and messages in the order in which they are received. We kindly ask that you do not leave repeat messages or contact our Retail Stores for scheduling, as the Retail staff will not be able to assist with service scheduling. We appreciate your continued patience and understanding and look forward to assisting you as soon as possible.


Many of you who are long-time, regular customers have already submitted forms for automatic scheduling of your pool openings and closings. If you have already submitted those forms and opted in for automatic scheduling, you do not need to submit a new form, unless any of your information has changed. We will be contacting you shortly to confirm your dates.


For new pool opening and closing requests, we would be happy to look at scheduling you for any remaining dates we have available. If you would like to schedule a pool opening or closing, the required forms can be completed at the “Pool Opening” and “Winter Closing” links below.


For those who wish to use our regularly recurring maintenance services, a new contract is required for each season. The contract can be completed at the “Water Care Plan” link below.


We have also attached links below that contain some common pool and spa tips and troubleshooting that may help you resolve an issue as quickly as possible. Additionally, feel free to stop into either our Stroudsburg or Cresco showrooms with a water sample for a comprehensive water analysis and consultation.
