Short-Term Rental & Airbnb Notice
Pools and spas at short-term rental or Airbnb properties often experience heavy and unpredictable use. While weekly service is strongly recommended, some rental properties may require more than one visit per week to maintain proper water conditions during high-turnover periods. Please note that during our busy season, additional or unscheduled visits may not be available. Property owners are responsible for managing guest usage and basic care between scheduled service visits. Additional charges may apply when extra service is available.

Our Specialty Pool & Spa Services address specific maintenance and troubleshooting needs that fall outside routine water care. These services include leak detection, plumbing pressure testing, LOOP-LOC® safety cover measurements, acid washing of filters, and DE filter rentals. Specialty services are performed as needed and are designed to support accurate diagnostics, proper system performance, and seasonal or equipment-specific requirements. Availability and pricing may vary based on service type and site conditions.

Electronic leak detection uses specialized equipment to precisely locate leaks in vinyl liner swimming pools, including small punctures, seam separations, or leaks around fittings. This non-invasive method minimizes water loss and disruption by pinpointing the problem area without unnecessary draining or damage, allowing for accurate and efficient repairs.
